At Luxepet, we want you and your furry friends to love every product you purchase. If something's not quite right, we’re here to make it right!
How to Return Items
- Timeframe: You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them.
- Condition: Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.
- Non-returnable items: We can't accept returns on perishable items (like pet food or treats) unless they’re defective.
How to Request a Return
- Email our customer service team at [customer@luxepet.com] with your order number and details about your return.
- Once we approve it, you’ll get all the info you need to send your item back.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive your return.
Refunds & Exclusions
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and can’t be refunded unless defective.
- We’re sorry, but we can’t refund shipping charges unless we made an error with your order.
